About Kelly
Kelly Ann Blum is a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Beach Home Realty in Sea Isle City. Although she has only been an agent for 3 years, she is one of the hardest working agents in the area and has become one of the Top Producers in Sea Isle City. Whether she is working with a Buyer or Seller, she is dedicated, outgoing, caring and will do her best to help her clients achieve their goals. As a real estate specialist, she has completed countless hours of advanced studies in marketing, sales, real-estate procedures and real estate law.
She has earned her ePro designation, which only 1% of all Realtors in the country have. She is also a member of CRS, Council of Residential Specialists, and has just earned her CRS designation, as well, which only 4% of all Realtors have. She is also working on her RSPS, Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist, certificate. She is a proven professional in every way!
Prior to entering Real Estate, Kelly was a Special Education teacher for 14 years. She is a year-round resident of Sea Isle City and is active in the community. She is married to Eric, has 2 children and is very dedicated to her family. She will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Eric Blum went to the South Jersey Real Estate School and received his real estate license in March 2007. He is excited to join forces with Kelly at RE/MAX Beach Home Realty and is looking forward to a successful real estate career.Prior to entering Real Estate, Eric was a shipping and receiving manager for 14 years. He loves living in Cape May County and Sea Isle City year round and his enthusiasm and love for the area shows!
About Diane
Diane Schuster, Kelly's Mother, joined Kelly's team about six months ago. She really enjoys doing open houses and meeting new people! Besides being a part-time realtor, she also works part-time at Sands Department Store in Sea Isle City, which she also loves!Diane lives year-round at The Links at Avalon, so she can really relate to both Buyer's and Seller's who have are interested in The Links!
Prior to entering Real Estate, Diane was a customer service manager at United Parcel Service for over 25 years.
